Cash Machine Charges

Blimey!!
All this just because somebody can't press the 'No' button when asked if they wish to proceed with the transaction when told they will be charged!
If they wish to continue using this cash machine, the only thing I can suggest is drawing out larger amounts of cash less often
Eg
Withdraw £20 five times, you will pay £1.50 each time = £107.50
Withdraw £100 once = £102.50
"Saving" of £50 -

1. The cash machine is not in the co-op, it's outside on the garage wall. It's an Abbey National one.
As you can see in your pictures you are not at the co-op you are at The Mace at the Texaco garageIvrytwr3 wrote:.
2. The Texaco garage charges for withdrawls.
As you can see in your pictures the one at the Texaco garage is a Abbey one and is freeIvrytwr3 wrote:OK, foot work done and the results are in:
1. The Cashpoint i was referring too (Abbey National and free) is next to the Mace shop. This is the cashpoint i suggested using, but got mistaken in its location.
2. The garage cashpoint does charge. £1.85!!!
1. You said it was at the coop didnt you
2.The chargable one is at the total garage on the A17 next to the little chef which until now has not been mentioned by me at all, the onl garage i have mentioned is the Texaco one and the Co-Op garage0 -

Now, why do people complain that they can't find free ATMs near to them? Often it's because they aren't looking properly.
And if there isn't a free one in your area, that's because there isn't sufficient usage to justify one.
The Link list is slightly inaccurate, unfortunately, as it shows A&L's charging ATMs as surcharging but they are actually free to all A&L customers using their A&L cards. But it's still a very useful search facility.0 -
I went to RAF Cranwell once on a boiling hot day. It took so long to get there I thought I'd begun to hallucinate. You have to get past the guys on the gate with the rifles when you go out.0

3. Yes you could use Tescos but it means going into town and possibly getting stuck in traffic. RAF Officer trainees have little time off so they don't want to spend it stuck in queues at Tescos.
I know because i'm based at Cranwell and have been since May 2003 (and if you don't believe me then i'm going to go and take pictures!!!!)
A little wager perhaps?
if you don't want to queue in tesco's then pay the fee - which warns you on the cash machines0
