Can you get some/all hospital shifts based closer to home?
planning ahead at hotels/B&B when cheap will be cheaper than the fuel/running costs
check for any temp hospital accomodation
Doing B2B late/early and long days can reduce the total days
Also keep an eye on the holiday inn 2-4-1 deals0 -
If I was driving 160+ miles a day I would want the MOST comfortable car possible. Something with full leather seats and cruise control. And obviously a diesel for the fuel economy.
Fortunately my car matches these criteria but I only do about 8,000 miles a year, 43,000 is a tremendous amount.0
