I suffed very heavy periods from my early teens. All doctor could offer me was contraceptive pill but that gave me very painful periods.

I also suffered infertility (I don't ovulate) so my problem was obviously an imbalance of hormones. About 12 years ago I was recomended to take Agnus Castus and it helped greatly to reduce flow and frequency of periods. I'm 45 now and everything is grinding to a halt but I still take it as it helps me stop feeling hormonal.
