Mine did too. And my toms.

'Tis definitely the sun that's affecting them in my case.I got a long length of mesh and clipped it right across the front of the line of raised beds. As soon as the plants were shaded, the started to perk up. They must just be too young to handle full sun. :undecided

I'm sulking about being in the sun too, managed to burn both legs and it's bl**dy painful!

If it's any consolation, I have a bright red face like a jolly garden gnome. :o:rotfl: The sun was very hot here today.

Look at my baby cucumber. :D

    Isn't that sweet?

I have more but he was the first. :D

I'm trying various ways of planting toms...I have some in raised beds with canes, some in buckets and some in growbags with Halos.

The peas that didn't die seem happy. (I have loads of new mangetout jobs in another bed.)

    Parsley seems ok.

Bit worried about the spinach though, how do I know if it's bolted? Look at the centre top one in particular....it seems to have gone almost like a flower (centre bit that looks like a bud surrounded by leaves).

Spinach will do that if it get too hot. Resow in Sept.
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

All looking very impressive BME and neat and tidy.

Why does everyone on here have neat and tidy gardens? mine looks like a dilapidated garden centre at best, and my efforts to get stuff sorted and planted today don't seem to help:think: Only stopped for a bite to eat as energy levels needed topping up.

Q's are sulking now I've put them in their final place, well I think it is, until I've got everything out I'm liable to change my mind :D
And between this morning and now my courgette labels have gone walkies and they all look the same to me.

What I thought was land cress has flowers on it that looks like petunias :rotfl:

Sprouts look very sad as I left them in the sun (waiting to go round sons place) and everything needs water.
Now this is a problem as I take the hose indoors via hallway to bath and with a bit of wiggling between there and the garden the water would just come out but I'm not doing that now I have new carpet down in the hall :D so it's going to have to go up and out the kitchen window, and I don't have a syphon. So pond water it is till hubby gets home and finds a solution.......he always does:D

    Break over..........

They don`t, (inc me, trust me), but ppl like to show off their achievements, and there`s nowt wrong with that :)

Absolutely busted. Plus, you only see what I photograph. ;)

Showing off is what keeps me motivated. I'd do naff all if no-one was watching. :rotfl:

This is the patio about 5 minutes ago:

Not desperately bad but not exactly tidy. :p
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

That's more like it, I feel normal now :D

And I'm so jealous of your bees. I have a shop bought one and the only thing in it is spiders :(

Gave hubby my garden hose problem, and he gave me the syphon he uses to do an oil change :D works brilliantly as the hose fits onto it perfectly, so I can now give it a proper water and feed.
I add the plant food to the bath water, makes things much easier;)

    Congrats on the bees MBE.

On Sunday I evicted my toms out of the house and buried them up to their neck in their final out door pots. As I know you like photos took some this morning:
