  • I received my vouchers and my magazine yesterday.
I cancelled by phone and email as soon as the £1 had come out of my bank.
I would have continued with subscription for a few months as I really enjoyed reading the website and the magazine is very useful.
But British Gas charged me £399 for one of there 'One Off' repairs for £69 lark !So I am broke for the next two or three months:(
  • Have not received the magazine or vouchers from Which? and signed up on 21st Jan.

Called up and have been told that the magazine was sent out on the 23rd Jan. Have now cancelled. Shame it didn't work out!
  • Thanks both me and hubby signed up. Both magazines and vouchers arrived recorded delivery yesterday.

I received a magazine a couple of weeks ago, but no vouchers!

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

This happened to me...I managed to sign up 6 times but 1 of those I got the mag sent straight away with no vouchers but the other 5 arrived weeks later and with them.

Checked the confirmation email which didn't say anything about the vouchers that time. I've emailed them saying I signed up on the voucher offer but haven't got a reply yet - they have a backlog due to the number of sign ups.

You might as well phone or email them to query it.

How clever you are, lvm. Most of us would be ashamed at ripping off a charity like that, but you seem to be proud of it.

It would be good if Which? took some legal action in respect of your multiple sign-ups, but even if they don't, I hope you don't find yourself in need of some help from a charity at some point in your life - it might not have any money left. :(
