So it was WORTH the wait as what they probably did is put our mags on hold until the new batch of vouchers were in and then send them out rather than have a load of e-mail queries about it but thanks to the OP and to those who did e-mail in about their vouchers not being in the mag if it said so in your confirmation e-mail , so you should get yours soon too probably by recorded delivery x

Mine arrived today too (regular mail - not signed for) with the £15 vouchers although hubby's copy to work arrived last week without the vouchers! No conditional spend - one £5, one £10 - Thanks OP!

Thanks again Sharon. Mag and vouchers have just arrived via recorded delivery. I didn't think I had any vouchers, but they were tucked in between the mag and the loose sheet of paper. Happy Days
