I had an email that the magazine was on its way on January 24th, then heard nothing so tried to contact them through the online form yesterday. They haven't replied yet but my magazine and voucher arrived today via royal mail 2nd class recorded delivery :j

Phoned up to cancel - it was quick and pain free because it is automated. Just choose option 4

Mine as well. Have read some of it and am tempted not to cancel ( I know this is what they want but I'm moving to a new house in a few weeks so will be good with all the stuff I have to buy).

My postman was baffled today as to why I received a Which mag by recorded delivery! .... So I was HOPING it was because there were vouchers inside and my face lit up when they dropped out of the mag!!! :j:j

So it was WORTH the wait as what they probably did is put our mags on hold until the new batch of vouchers were in and then send them out rather than have a load of e-mail queries about it but thanks to the OP and to those who did e-mail in about their vouchers not being in the mag if it said so in your confirmation e-mail , so you should get yours soon too probably by recorded delivery x
