Have your membership no. ready which is at the top of the cover sheet of the mag.

It is option 4, they will ask you for it(mem. no) and also your postcode, then will give you a 6 digit cancellation reference no.

Call took less than 2 mins....you will probably get another issue sent to you, as I did in the Summer, even though I cancelled in good time but you won't be charged for it - I emailed then to confirm as I was worried...thanks OP, that's a £14 Waitrose free shop!
