    There are some extraordinarily impatient people in here.

    It's just 7 working days since 21 January when all this 'let's rip off the Consumers Association even though it's a registered charity'* stuff started. How do you realistically expect a small staff to cope with the flood that MSE and HUKD have created between them in just a few days?

    Have a little patience for goodness sake, particularly those who have no intention whatever of doing anything other than cancel.

    (*I exclude from that anyone genuinely considering continuing the subscription, but I wonder how many of those there are.)

    Well said Doc N, I agree with you.

    I've signed up for this offer, & have been busy exploring the Which? website. I've found plenty of 'Best Buy' advice re TVs, Cameras, Boilers, Laptops, etc.

    I'm not bothered about how long it takes for the magazine or voucher to arrive... the magazines doubtless don't contain any information that isn't on the website.

    I got the January magazine but the voucher wasn't in it so I emailed them. Here's the response:
    Hello *****,

    Many thanks for your email regarding your John Lewis vouchers.

    I have checked with our Marketing Department and they confirm your vouchers will be
    sent out shortly, you will receive your Which? new member pack separately. The
    promotion has been so successful we have been inundated with requests, so please
    accept my apologies for this delay.

    Glad to help and if you need me again just email. Alternatively you can call our
    Customer Services Department on 01992 822800 (Monday-Friday 8.30-6 and Saturday
    9-1).

    Pleased with the CS. :) Maybe they didn't have enough vouchers to put in the magazines so they had to get more and send them out separately.

    I followed the link and signed up and everything but the only thing it said on the Confirmation Email was

    Your first issue of Which? is on its way. The magazine is packed full of our Best Buys and recommendations.
    The regular payment of £9.75 will begin on Mar 8, 2012 and will be taken monthly.

    There was no mention of a John Lewis voucher what did I do wrong?:(
