  • Somewhat ironic for a consumer champion organisation to not fulfil its obligations to all the people who signed up.

I've no doubt at all that it will fulfill its obligations - once it's become clear exactly what those obligations are, along with any applicable terms and conditions.

But my sympathies have to lie with the charity, rather than with the people that try to exploit it.

Did they stop the vouchers? I was about to sign up but needed to wait for cash- as much as I would use the mag and used to subscribe years back when I was moving home, I would rather wait for another offer like this then sign up and get no vouchers.

Has anyone spoken to them to confirm?

Can they just tell you that they will give you a free voucher then not, don't sound right to me.

Have not got mine yet but I am going to cancel now anyway. :(

  • I never got my vouchers with my mag but the mag came with a letter saying the £1 will come out in the next 14 days and the subscription cost will come out end of Feb so I will cancel when my £1 has been taken. Does anyone know if you can cancel online or via email? Don't really want to call them. Thanks
