Clearly not ... quick question are you in fact my seller ? You seem to be very on side with them even after the abuse that they gave out im the victim in this (plus the person the present was intended for as they now have something different) therefore I'm technically 'doubly' out of pocket no refund and had to rebuy item elsewhere0 -

You do, however, seem unable to separate your actions, and responsibility for them, with those of the seller. He has wronged you, so you will wrong him back.
Anyway, as I posted earlier, it doesn't matter a whole heap in the grand scheme of things, as he'll still claim his money from Royal Mail eventually, although it may of course cause them more work. If you're comfortable with that, then good for you.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
