If this is the case them you probably disagree with this whole forum too. Someone finds a competition and posts on here leading to hundreds of extra entries. If they kept it to themselves they would have a greater chance of winning, yet they are kind enough to share (and even give the answers!) so that we all have a chance too. So how is it any different when they enter a partner or relative? I told my daughter to enter the comp and she has done, but she could just have easily seen it on this thread herself, what's the difference?

Well I've often thought that these forums are the worst thing to hit the competition hobby.

Comping was much more fun, lucrative and a hobby to be proud of before the internet had its effect.

Obviously one can still win but in terms of the hours and the thousands of entries that it requires I would question whether it is worth it unless one does not put much value on one's own time.

Those that are prepared to spend all day long sitting at the computer have the definite advantage as do those who use multiple identities.

I recently learned of one member on here who enters all the itv comps using seven different phone numbers. One land line and six mobiles!

Totally agree with you! I do enter 3 numbers for ITV - my landline, personal mob & comping mob. I only enter comps in my name unless it's something targetted at men (football boots etc) then I enter them in my OH name. And the kids comps I do with my REAL kids names & details.

If it's meant to be.... it will happen :)
    Thanks to all posters :A

it doesnt matter how many times any of us on here enter this comp, its the automated ones that are screwing us over and the stupid Times for not setting it up right.
