Tamalyn - i was lucky enough to win one of the ipad 2's at the Christmas Eve Times competition. I didn't even manage to enter ever hour think i got 9, it was just my lucky day.

If someone would like to draft a letter/email for us all to send to The Times I'm sure that would do more than bickering on here.
Couldn't do it today head is full of cotton wool (& yucky gooey stuff).
Please PM me if someone does this I'm feeling bad enough without all this childishness - & yes I'm entering this, competition, so is my hubby & son, we would all love an iPad to share, as far as I'm aware this isn't against the rules so stop whinging & go do something much more useful with your time!

wow thats great!! congrats!! i cannot even win a free carton tropicana at the mo lol
have done every hour so far for me and my BF so will hope for the best. its a laugh anyway lol my son sooo wants an IPAD, so will try any comp with one in.

In my humbles, we shouldn't fall out over stuff like this. People should decide for themselves what is right and fair, and we should respect each other's different viewpoints - as long as they're not actually breaking the rules, that is. If we prefer it one way or another, then it's better to try to persuade the competition organisers, rather than get cross with each other.

I don't see the point in complaining to The Times. It's their competition, their bat, their ball. They can host comps as they please. It is only an iPad after all, not a transplant organ, so just have fun.
