Make sure you remove all personal details including your car reg number.Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0 -
If you have received a s172 request notice, then it is important you do not allow them to drag the pony over to the alleged offences by making a statement.
There is a legal obligation to provide the details of the driver ONLY.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
If you hit someone else's car, you obviously weren't driving with due care and attention. If you were, you wouldn't have hit them.

Would have to be a woman driver to be able to rack up so many offences in an M&S car park, and on a sunday then believe she had "driven over a tin can"....:think:0

Just because the username implies the OP is female, doenst mean to say that it is.
Lots of posters presume I am male, I maybe am, but they shouldnt presume.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

The username is Olivia. The OP signs off as Emma. We can only go by what we're given, and it's reasonable to treat the OP as a female due to the usage of female names. What else can we do, require scanned proof of ID before treating someone as male or female?0 -

I parked up the car, as the noise was quite loud and frightend me, got out and had a look at the car, looked at my car and there was no damage. So I got back in and drive away.
That's nice of you to bump & run.
Even the most inocuous of prangs can cause damage.
A mate of mine who taxi's had his bumper scratched by a runner in a supermarket and when he went to get plated he was refused until the bumper was replaced.
A good few hundred quid for something that looked like 'no damage.'
These claims are all false, I am a careful driver
No you're not, you fled after hitting a car, I'd hate to be on the road near you on a bad day!
