BT Broadband Problem.

    Hi,

    Thank for the advice.

    Yes I have changed the filter, actually it is a brand new adsl master socket installed by BT a few days ago.

    The connection is into the test socket with a filter.

    The UK based company is Outreach, who do all the ISP's repairs equally.

    According to my research BT retail who you pay your bill to is just that, as in not actually responsible for the line maintainence, that is down to Openreach.

    Then there is the BT care team who become involved when the whole problem goes pear shaped.:eek:

    They are now involved in an attempt to sort out this mess.
