Spammers always raise their game enough to beat the system. The spam button has been great, but I think that this particular moron has decided that if he posts his drivel enough times, people will get fedup with clicking spam after a while,

Your first point is why I suggested 3 or more identical posts, but the number could be made higher, or it could be that the posts automatically get deleted and the poster referred to the forum guides for investigation.

The second point is more difficult to overcome, maybe some fuzzy logic would be needed with perhaps an additional check on the content of the posts to see if they all contain the same website details.
