Speaking of pubs I like a good pint as much as the next person. One place I go is the New Navigation Inn, Birchills. It's a bit of a dive but you never know who might pop in (and block the sunlight with their huge paunch).Do you happen to know the place Perky? It could be the place for our first formal date. Just keep a lid on it a little longer, tiger.[For anyone totally mystified by this Google and Facebook are your friends].0

Now thats more like it, nice, friendly, a polite invite to meet0 -
Spot on Tricky Wicky. A nice romantic walk by the canal, trying not push the other in (I wouldn't want to start a tidal wave after all). Then we could chew the fat on how things are slipping in society, like how Virgin Atlantic cannot have your pre-booked duty free ready. Bliss.0

Or you could meet up in a coffee house in Wolverhampton:

Heh, I wonder of Perky will take you up on it?!0

Our friend Alexis is one of the so called 'clued up' people and he assisted with 2 defences for the same defendant recently (he was even naughty and waited until he received our bundle on day 14 before the hearing before sending his in)
I don't send bundles in personally. I email them to people to post themselves. He could have even attended the court himself with the person, the hearing was in Stoke and Alexis is only in Manchester so less than 1hr travel but he bottled it.
It would cost me £40 in petrol and a day off work, so it would be pretty daft. I don't have the inclination or the spare cash to travel around the country losing money, like a PPC travelling about trying to get hundred quids out of people.SO dont keep going on about the pepipoo challenge (remember that the moderator "Southpaw" on pepipoo tried to get clever once after he had a ticket from ourselves and tried to get out of it by telling some porkies and ended up getting suspended from his job at west mercia police and during a full disciplinary investigation he resigned without wishing the hearing to complete and clear his name, read into that as you wish ... so dont over estimate peipoo or the so called experts)
So, you didn't put in a court claim then? Seems like manna from heaven - a 'lying cop' would be great case to take on.
I don't know what advantage you gain from creating a new account every few months and posting here. It's all very entertaining briefly and there is some amusing banter from all sides, but then your get a hard time from everyone, but for what? You end up having to deal with abuse aimed at your daughter, people having a go at your weight, your online dating, the BBC lying scandal, your personality traits, your ex-wife and the coffee shop business. I wouldn't have the stomach for it personally.
Look, I'm not an expert in the field - I'm just an enthusiastic amateur. Having a go at me on websites or on forums as if I'm the oracle is all very flattering, but I really am not that bothered. It's fun winning and every losing case is experience. I wouldn't bother if it didn't work, and I'm sorry, but the facts are that I win and I win and I win. Not every case obviously - nobody can win every case - it's impossible, but saving three people £5900 in the last 6 weeks puts a piddly £185 in perspective. The bloke wasn't even that arsed - he knows it wasn't wise annoying stroppy women when he was using the post office. And working at Vodafone, he's not short of a bob or two. It just seems to mean a hell of a lot more to you than it does to me. You do it day in day out - I just spend an hour a week answering a couple of emails.
Nobody likes losing, but CPS are a bit player. One case in 4 years is rather pathetic and on the same level as those well known household names Parkshield, Elite and VMD. When you're bring as many cases as Devere and NHS Aintree, then we'll wake up and take notice. Spouting cases from years ago that nobody's heard of is a bit pointless.
So, I assume the usual will apply and you'll disappear off here until you pop up again in a few months. So our paths will cross if a new victim happens to contact me, or you post a new thread with a scan of a court claim just stating that you are putting in a claim. Sod it, spend £100 and post 4 cases in 4 threads.
But since that won't happen, that's it from now on. I've had my fun, so I'll just leave you to the rest of the clan and the exciting world of sending out letters days in day out for a living.
Your mother (and daughter) must be proud.0 -
Well said Alexis, very dignified in the face of the provocation.
If anyone is reading this forum for the first time please ignore what "timwilson" is saying and continue to ignore your letters and demands for payment.
The simple fact is that if they were anything to worry about then they would ALL be taken to court. The fact is they aren't and you can ignore the trumpets.
All they do is look for a chink in the armour, get their teeth into something and don't let go when it comes to forums like this. They know these are the sources of knowledge that can put them out of business so posts like "timwilsons" and even stooge cases are to be expected. After all, that's how they earn their living.
However, most of the time they are nothing but bullies and people who think they can frighten others. When he's been challenged or questioned in a certain manner, "timwilsons" posts seem to confirm he is one of these characters.
The best way of dealing with people like that is to ignore them and they eventually give up...and it remains the best way of dealing with his companies letters too.
You have to admire the guy for trying though.:T0 -
...and one more thing Mr Perkins.
On your website in the FAQ sections, just below your "refer a friend" offer (honestly people), You state in your section entitled "what is your success rate":
"Some tickets are deemed non-enforceable due to various reasons"
Can you repeat some examples of those "various reasons" for us all to hear?0 -
must say how intrigued ive been reading these posts, although i lost the plot half way through, this person seems to be well known to most of you. i read the earlier post saying he was due in court at 10oclock and thought i'd return later to see the outcome but it had been deleted, must say you lot have a lot of knowledge about this subject.
i am just waiting for my third invitation to pay a charge so i keep you posted.
i am really enjoying this website it certainly filling my day in thanks:o0 -

You should have said approx 18months ago when I owned it and I would have got you a pint, alas your information is very outdated now.
I do own another pub, you are more than welcome to pop in for a drink and I'm sure you will be made to feel very welcome.0
