Well if you're all happy with that then how about whenever someone reaches their target I put what item they've managed to purchase through their savings with the 3rd purse? This way we can keep track of all the luxuries the SMs have bought for usDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

That's a good idea Kerri, and a lot less work for you0

I like that idea too:j Would you be kind enough to put my new glass oven door by my third purse, as this is how I (reluctantly) paid for it. However, it was great having the money there to get it straight away.
I usually keep my totals in my signature too.HTH:)Sealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin

Ok, I've updated the front page
I remembered that J-M had bike tickets? for hubbys birthday. I know that Fozzie bought something the other day but I've forgotten what. My memory isn't very good, and I still keep forgetting to take my tablets oops.

Many thanks for all your input into this thread:TWhen you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying!:rotfl:

That's a great idea Kerri - and it'll make it more enjoyable and less of a chore for you to read through the posts!
I've had my AF delivery today, which I'd already added onto the 2nd purse total and stockpile on my sig. Very excited! LOADS of food - should keep us going for quite a while! :T
What does everyone else do about paying the SP back? I've noticed some people pay back as they use something, and some do it weekly. I think I saw that Mothership does it monthly in arrears, which I had thought of doing but I'm afraid of getting lost with it. I'm a bit worried that I'll get to next month's GC and end up paying half of it straight into the SP! Help needed!

Ok, aww I love the front page now, it's amazing to see what people have been buying
I cannot wait until I'm debt free so my 3rd purse can go towards my food dehydrator.
I am meant to pay myself at the end of the month, however, my work expenses have been messed around this month so I haven't been able to pay myself back. Instead I've been eating for free and I will just pay the purse back when I am able to, I don't want to get myself too in debt with the purse though so I might have to write off some of the food. However, without the second purse system I wouldn't even have the food there to eat in the first placeDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I pay at least half of my GB every month to the 2nd Purse. The best part of this system is YOU will still have it. If you need it you can always take some back. I've done that so many times:j:j:j

Thanks folks! That makes sense now!I'm starting to see how it works, but then I get nervous and think it can't possibly work! I need to get the spreadsheet up to date, that'll make it easier.
Off to work now, have a good day all!
