Ok, I've updated the front page
I remembered that J-M had bike tickets? for hubbys birthday. I know that Fozzie bought something the other day but I've forgotten what. My memory isn't very good, and I still keep forgetting to take my tablets oops.
Yep I gave DH the £40 to go to the bike show this weekend (which is now not happening as we are going away and he spent the money on an iphone anyway :rotfl:)chelseabun wrote: »What does everyone else do about paying the SP back? I've noticed some people pay back as they use something, and some do it weekly. I think I saw that Mothership does it monthly in arrears, which I had thought of doing but I'm afraid of getting lost with it. I'm a bit worried that I'll get to next month's GC and end up paying half of it straight into the SP! Help needed!

I have a spreadsheet with everything listed and then a space at the bottom for 2nd purse purchases and 3rd purse purchases. Each time I use something from 2nd purse stock I add it to the 2nd purse total (and profit to the 3rd P total). Then when I have money in my purse I settle up the total, so roughly 3 -4 times a month.SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

I haven't got a particular goal in mind but I do seem to be stockpiling groceries and if I can save a bit of money towards Christmas that'd be good
Kerri please will you put me down for a little shop called QMart and I'll aim to save £100 in my 3rd purse towards Christmas. Thankseven those that arrived then went away again
just sharing the love xx
oooh some already know, but I finally got OH to commit to living with me from September with a trial run in July/Augustso I need to keep in mind my shop when I look round houses
I wonder what the OH will think of all the lovely food I have these days.
I came home this evening, really fancied cheese and crackers... lo and behold I had just that thanks to SPing, normally I have one or the other!Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

It is still trial and error for me on how I pay back my 2P. I did it weekly last month, but think I am going to try it monthly next month and then see what works best for me.
This weekend am going to do a stocktake and bring the 2P up to date as have just been taking out of MunniMart and not keeping a record (slapped wrists all round in the MunniMuncha's household:D)
Oh just to let you know that in Lidl's yesterday I bought 5kg of basmati rice for £4.99 :j:j Didn't have a date when the offer finishes just said 'while stocks last'When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Just paid 2nd purse for items used this week. It is now back up to £32.81
having been in debt by £11 at the weekend
Just goes to show how much I was giving MrT before I started this challenge. Can't thank you enough Mothership :A
Tried the DR pork sausages this week. DS1 had a friend for tea unexpectedly so I got 12 sausages out of the freezer. I then simmered them in a pan for 20 mins, and medium grilled them for 8 mins. Absolutely lovely, didn't shrink and hardly any fat run off. We all had two sausages instead of DH and DS's usual 3. More than full. Would definitely recommend.

Went to L!dl after work and got three 5kg bags of basmati rice £4.99 each, four P*rozone bleach 59p each, 1 large Hellm*ns Light £1.87 and a big thing of their filter coffee which we both really like £3.49 - all from the 2nd purse! And all neatly stored in Bun&Co Stores! I like this system!0
