I have a 3/4 size fridge/freezer but the fridge is full size so tiny freezer section, one shelf.....I can't even get a chicken in there :rotfl: Usually fish fingers and a pack or two of beef mince, then frozen peas (the only veg I have frozen as think they're yummier, unless fresh from the garden in summer
)
I think it's going to come down to planning again. I don't even know why I have fish fingers - I rarely eat them but they were on offer for something stupid like 12 packs of Y0ungs at £1, buy 1 get 2 free :rotfl: I thought that they would be a good fall-back but I keep forgetting about them
I have a little slow cooker now so the idea of ordering some of these lovely cuts is appealing:jDebt Free By Xmas 2013 #010 £16,660.26/£16,660.26 100% paid, DFD 25/06/13!:j0 -
Sorry for the bombardment of questions today....
Does anyone have know if Approved Foods do any free delivery offers and if so where I might find one? I've done a quick forum search but can't see anything promising....

They do free delivery fairly often.
If you sign up for their emails they notify you that way, or look on their Facebook page or look on their forum.
I have seen offers in all 3 ways at different times.

Regarding Donald Russell:-
They have confirmed that their 20% off your 2nd order only applies to full price purchases, so not much use to anyone here........cos we NEVER pay full price, do we???
They do have an offer for Feb, buy 2 out of 3 packs and get free sausage rolls........
Also found 2 versions of their Weekly Meal Planner, both same price but one includes a few mini burgers! So do double check when ordering, in case there is a better offer lurking on the site.0 -
Finally found the Feb DR offer:-

Anyone else have problems with the DR website? With IE it's hopeless, but fine with Firefox.0 -
Thanks Fozzie
If someone would like to refer me for DR, I'd be really gratefulJust let me know what I need to do.

I'm having a very post-y day today. Sorry
I've just been looking at my spreadsheet (been ignoring it for a while as in a bit of a mess financially this month. Disorganised doesn't come close....:p)
Anyway, I have put £80 into my second purse over two months, spent £81.44 (I love how that can be possible), bought back £49.10, and still have £90 worth of stock left in Helen's Hideaway  That's £47.66 now in second purse (with next top up due any day now
) and £57.66 total profit to me and not the supermarkets :T:T:T
My grocery budget for the month is already much lower than usual and putting my total living expenses back on track after a difficult January.
So another big thank you from me to Mothership and Kerri_dfw for all of this
