Mobile lost by courier - Tmobile won't send another one!

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and it's not your fault they haven't delivered it to you.
However, if they are concerned about their distribtion channels then they may be reluctant to try the same thing again.
Why not ask them to deliver it to the shop instead?0 -
These mobile phone companies are very big for their boots bullies and wont do anything right, they will threaten court, use debt collectors, anything but obey the law.
You need to switch to "WRITING" mode ASAP, with proof of postage.
Inform them the phone has not been delivered and you are rendering the contract as frustrated, if they fail to deem the contract as unfulfilled and frustrated you will apply to your local county court for any losses occurred.
That in light of your legal recourse of using court this requires you to mitigate any losses so cancellation of payment methods will be the only option available to do so.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. i had a parcel go missing yesterday ,not a mobile phone but just a parcel ,
ringing customer service was useless ,contacted them on twitter, yes twitter a different customer service team rang me told me some waffle, asked to speak to a manager ,no demanded to speak to management ,they said they would call me back ,no your not calling me back has it would never happen i will wait thank you on the phone, got a person in the executive team within minutes and with in a hour my parcel was found and on its way ,
so basically try twitter if its not royal mail, try to be nice (i was not)and speak to the highest person you can and do not accept we will ring you back(their paying for the call because they ring you if you use twitter )
if its royal mail good luck, never got any sense out off themthere or their, one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0 -
I have rung tmobile again (47 minutes on phone this time!) Asked to speak to a manager straight away. Actually said I wanted to speak to the managers manager but of course no one was available. They have told me that they will not reset the contract until UKMail accept liability for the lost phone. Is that ever going to happen?? Why are they going to want to accept liability? so seems to me this will just go on forever!
So far I have waited 5 weeks for this phone.
I also feel that it is not my fault that the couriers didn't deliver the parcel. I didn't choose them. I have a contract with tmobile and they are breaking that contract by not giving me a phone. If the couriers didn't deliver, that issue should be between tmobile and the couriers. Not me!! I have told them that I want it delivered to store next time as there is no way I am going through this again.
Have found the name and addresses for the Managing Director of tmobile and the customer service director so feel that writing to one of them will have to be my next step.
By the way a manager is supposed to be ringing back within 2 hours. That gives them 28 more minutes!!0 -

Yes it will happen, my lost parcel was with UKmail too, they have insurance for this kind of thing, you just have to wait and ride it out.0 -

well for starters its a courier,RM isnt a courier.
how exactly does a missing parcel get found and be on its way, speaking to a call centre?0 -

It will be located and kicked around the warehouse for the evenings football, it could of been sent out on the wrong route.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
