I'm pretty happy with those but B is being a bit of a !!!!!!!

I'm convinced it smells of suasage and the clues are pointing to lincolnshire sausage and oinion gravy, but there's apples and chopped tomatoes knocking about hmmm

Yes, I can't make sense of the tomatoes anywhere, though I still think the apples are a clue to the pork in the sausages. Another clue to the Balti is in the picture where you have a 'Bull' standing just left of a pot of tea. I.e. Bull-tea.

could it be cumberland sausage that would fit with silly sausage because its traditionally sold curled up and served with onion gravy this fits with the brown sauce

ETA they are traditionally quite peppery so could tie in with the bring colour to your cheeks ;
