Break Free Holidays - local and regional newspapers promotion

The technical answer is that the Ts and Cs state absolutely no refunds or amendments, however I think parks themselves are slightly more accommodating.
Personally I'd give the Park a ring and act confused when their bill arrives for entertainment passes etc.0 -

seemingly im up the creek without one as all the places & dates i wanted were gone for entire year?

I booked a weekend break yesterday and it only let me put in my details, I have just noticed the confirmation email states a party of 1! There will be 3 of us, I hope this isn't going to cause a problem when we go
This happened to me, i think it is down to the poor design of the breakfree site. shouldn,t make any difference though as the booking is for a minmum of 4. You will get a letter from the park soon with costs for service charges, linen, passes and the like. Again this will be based on 4 people. Just give them a call directly.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

Hi everyone,
I know how stupid I sound but...help please!
I booked one of these £10p/p deals, (which was actually £62.50 for 3 of us) in haven's presthaven sands - which ive been to before and is a nice park, so I knew that £62.50 was a good deal for the 3 of us.
However I have now had a letter saying I owe £60.50 for entertainment passes, linen and power charge. Where does it say when u book that your elec, gas and water is not included when u book????? Its always included when u book a van!!!! Also I am sure I booked 1 that included passes as I was aware some dont.
When I rung Haven, they said that they never incl passes in newspaper promotions. Is this correct? But they would only charge for the 3 passes, not 4 if I want them, or I do not have to have any. I do not have to have linen which I thought they would say. But they are saying I have to pay the power charge, but I do not remember reading this anywhere at the time of booking.
Any help please, as really angry that my £62.50 holiday has now increased to £103 - which is no longer that much of a good deal.
Thanks0 -
Hi JJ88 just phone them and say you don't want any passes, or linen. You will only have to pay for power - about £10.00 I think which isn't too bad really!0

if u have booked for june july etc then its £15 a person, they charge min 4 + booking fee, so 60+2.50, extra is mentioned everywhere on the internet and newpaper as extras, u dont need beding stuff, take ur own, u dont have to have entertainment unless u want just service has to be charged, dont u know how much caravans are these days hundreds and hundreds go on their website and pretend ur booking for the week and see how much it is normally, or tell me week and place and ill look for u0
