Yes definitely gone, that's decided me as mine didn't track anyways I will cancel and go with my usual Direct Line not as much cash back but I know it tracks and pays having used them before."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

I was just about to get buildings and contents insurance as well
Oh bother , me too. Might have to be Barclays instead then, which still represents a considerable saving on existing renewal.0 -
Very strange that it's suddenly gone off Quidco without explanation.
I took out the home insurance a week ago and it never tracked. I find this very odd as I've been with Quidco a long time and never had anything fail to track before, so I don't believe there's a problem with my cookies or anything.
The swines have already billed my credit card for the full year's policy and I'm finding it really hard to get a refund. They wouldn't accept a cancellation by e-mail so I just called their Indian call centre and the guy couldn't tell me when I'd be refunded or how much by.
Not happy at all.0 -

Under NO circumstances deal with their Indian Call Centre, they are hopeless (and if I get some loony accuse me of being racist here, I will explode, nothing to do with racism, just downright bad CS). Have a look at your policy and it lists a number in the Chief Execs office to ring (IIRC it's a Newcastle number) if you have any complaints. I rang this and they got a lovely Geordie lass to ring me back and something that was nowhere near sorted out in 45 mins speaking to India was sorted entirely to my satisfaction within 5 mins!0 -

Just a note everyone that Zurich is going to be temporarily withdrawing while they review their current offer. We hope to see them back up very soon so just hang tight!

Maybe its been too popular, its still on offer at Rpoints but only at £300

They had better pay up on the £120, I wouldn't have paid up front on a premuim £40 more than my last insurance if I knew I wasn't going to get it!

Oh shucks! Luckily I renewed one car's insurance but I meant to renew the other one tomorrow. Does anyone know how soon they'd be back up and running? The insurance runs out on 5 March.
Does anyone know of alternative good car insurance deals? The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.0 -
I'm in the same boat Milky. Car Insurance due on 3 March but I faffed around and missed the deal with Zurich. There are other deals - Barclays, Prudential etc although they won't insure me as I'm in NI so unless Zurich is back in the game in the next few days it's Direct Line for me and £65 cashback.0
