Eight men.
Six hats.
Six Beards as I suspect one is fake and not a Beard but a man poking his head through a bag of steel wool!
Beard number three (if you count the way I do) is what 'Che' Guevara would have looked like if he had been lucky enough to finish his beard challenge!

Beard five (i'm counting differently from before) kills the Bull with his Beard, no need for swords!
Beard eleven (try and workout how I counted this time) is having lens fitted to his beard soon, as he has lost his bi-focals.

I would have given another 10.7% for having a monkey as a friend, but his spectacles are fake!
