Have to say my bacon & lentil soup isn't exactly difficult - I don't do difficult
1 packet bacon (as lean as possible - usually 6 or 8 slices (cuurently BOGOF in Tesco)
1 onion
3 carrots
1 Ham stock cube
lentils
roughly chop carrots, onion and bacon
Chuck in pressure cooker with as much water as you think is ok
Add the stock cube
start heating the pressure cooker while rinsing the lentils (don't know weight bu I use about half a pint in the measuring jug)
Add lentils to soup, put top on pressure cooker and cook on highest pressure for 20 mins
Whizz with a hand blender.
I overfilled the last lot and got 8 really good full bowls from it (ikea bowls)
Hope that helps
