    nichere.delia's old school luv.it's nigella these days-well i like her anyway cos she does simple shoved together food.her mince pie pastry is YUMMY and one of these days i'll get round to doing her bread and butter pudding.talking of food i see that this place we're going to isn't too far away from kendal-luv mint cake.perhaps we can go walking for the day and stop off there... wonder if we have any walkers amongst us?

    i am so looking forward to getting out there and having a good walk (sunshine please) and of course the obligotory public house stop along the way should help to keep going - echo the mint cake is all yours - awful stuff ugh

    it's bin a few yrs since i last went a walking and loadsa memories.getting bored with the exercise bike so should be an interesting weekend.not made the soup yet cos i still have some left from the lot i made on Monday.

    cant be doing with the pub thing cos i'd be needing a wee every 5 mins and if it's cold-must bring me thermal's and mini hot water bottle.

    i'm not as agile as i used to be.have you get a spare set of poles i can borrow nichere? it's either that or asking somebody to carry me.i've dusted the cobwebs off me boots

    sure you can borrow my stick or we can build a sled and get you dragged along behind a horse or something depending what animal we might find.
