  • At the moment the 07744 number IS being charged at the rate of 6 pence per minute.

As i have said before we are not trying to take on the likes of O2, we are offering one tarriff that has been discounted by 60% until the end of June, when we will review our prices.
  • Dearest Rep:

Sounds str8 - I'mma still waiting on a response from Bob Fuller ( CEO of 3 ) regarding a LONG letter I wrote him complaining and asking for a compensation, if that doesn't work out then I'm easyMobile's - PACing onto you guys easy? feel like throwing some free credit also in for me>?
  • How'dya have trouble trying to call it, I ring it at least 20 times a day on Mobiles, Land Lines and it all goes through - there is nothing wrong with that number is there?

I'm intrigued, what or who do you need to contact 20 times a day?
  • Porting is easy once you have your PAC and is usually completed within 10 days from sign up, we will even give you a temporary number so you can start calling as soon as you SIM.

I would love to be able to give you some free credit but i am afraid i am unable to do that and it wouldnt be fair to all the other MSE on here woul

It looks like easyGroup are really getting there company profile together - flights, boats, mobiles, cinemas, pizza, credit cards - someone already seems to think they are getting into the toilet market - http://www.thechickencount.com/01-easy.asp - probably not suitable for this forum but it gave me a chuckle - could be a good avenue for the future?
  • Seems to have stopped now, but nonetheless needs to be said, you can't compare contract to PAYG, it doesn't work.

For instance, my cashback contract will cost me zilch this year, I got a free phone and 500 anytime anynetwork and 100 txt every month.
So, if I wanted to act silly I too could say to easymobile oi reduce your prices to these levels, and indeed when I cancelled my T-Mobile contract they asked how much I was paying on my new contract and the guy then said he hoped they'd have a BETTER offer that'd entice me back when the contract ends, I doubt it somehow hehe, but I suppose I did get £31.50 referral commission too (from an affiliate network) so he'd actually have to give me more than £30, a free phone, and all the free mins (and the free car kit 3 months insurance and 3 months free phone support hehe), oh yea, and free delivery :D.

Getting back to PAYG, I certainly welcome easymobile's entry into the market, what with Vodafone still getting away with charging 40p a minute to call other networks hopefully people will start to realize they're getting ripped!
Also, I've never seen a network make an effort like this to talk to their customers in an open forum, well done!

Let's hope easymobile continue to offer the best value in the market to PAYG users, and maybe they'll even step up to offer me a better deal than 3 next year hehehe.

Well your cashback contract will cost you time and (if you are sensible) the cost of recorded delivery letters, but if you can ensure you play by the rules then you will beat the system - good luck!

It will, of course, cost you real money if you ever use up your monthly allocation - not an easy thing to determine.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.
