Anyone else got one of these mickey mouse accounts. I have had the account years Does it have a cheque book? I seem to remember maybe having one in the past but have no idea where it is now or whether it was even on this account. All branches will have self-service facilities defo by May, whether it be an IDM machine (which will get rid of a counter staff member) or a safe deposit box

May is when the change is implimated - although there has been talk for a long time and plenty of memo's about it
