My SOA- what do I do now?

Hi there following my initial posts on here, thought a bit of an update was necessary.
1`) Re Nat west monthly payments- thanks for the suggestion that I investigate. Discovered i wasnt getting any benefits so cancelled it and now am £144 richer a year!! Yahoo!!!
2) Decided after follow up visit with bank not to cancel PPI becasue they told me that if I got sick or died my debts would continue to mount. Have probably had my fears fed on but had to make a quick decision and although i would have loved to have taken the risk decided not to. I know that the baggage re my sister and co is playing on my mind and I guess they fed right into that, or am i being unfair?
3) Have discovered after talking to my Sister and brother in laws solicitors (paid by moi) that in South Africa debts do not die with you, so the situation is even worse than i imagined. My nephews aged 14 and 17 are being told on Tuesday that the house has to be sold to pay all the creditors baying for their money. A very sad and ****ing scary situation but those are the facts. I really did hope that someone was pulling a fast one but alas it doesnt seem to be the case.
So i remain truly yours in serious debt with no doubt more to come with 2 homeless boys.
Motto: What doesnt kill you strengthens you. I hope that is true!!!
Sorry to be so morbid but only got this news today.
Cheers

Hi again skoll, all you can do is keep positive and focus on what you want to acheive, I have had a rotten couple of weeks myself, been as sick as a dog, hardly been near my PC, had to stay off work which isn't helping my debt busting, the only good news is I have lost a bit more weight. I will just have to get my head down again.
Not long before you will be on the big bird flying away to a nice warm climate for a while, I wish I was going, I will some day, maybe I should try and make it for the world cup in 2010, that would be nice, hopefully by then I will have been debt free for over a year if my forcast works out.
Anyway just wanted to say hello and wish you well.My target for this year is to pay off my last CC and reduce my loan as much as poosible
Debt free date March 2009 :j
Tis a far far better thing that I do now than I have ever done
