Another Pyramid Con

Wow, I can't believe how bent out of shape you guys are, why the personal attacks? I don't know the details about these people, perhaps they deserve what you're saying about them, but have you considered you might be wrong?
Anyway, in case anyone is interested in the actual scheme I did have the entire system explained while it was still running (in the most honest sales pitch I've ever had) and there were no hidden surprises, and I can understand why someone would say it wasn't a pyramid scheme, because it wasn't really like a pyramid scheme.
Now don't get me wrong it's totally flawed, you have to be a bit of a gambler to get into it, and would warn anyone to steer clear; there was no mechanism to increase the net value in the system so if people took more out than they put in it was devalued.
A weird twist though was that most of the "players" put all their "winnings" back into the system meaning that it could potentially be sustainable without increasing the players, but as I said there was no mechanism for increasing system value. My thought at the time was that it was more like a regular poker game than a pyramid, ie everyone keeps taking turns to put money in until someone wins and goes home, then they all go back the following week to do it all again and someone else wins.
Back to the personal attacks though; I realise that if these people have broken the law (and until proven guilty you don't know they have) there's a punishment attached, but counter to that if they are innocent in the eyes of the law (sorry for the cliche) you guys attacking these peoples characters may also bring upon yourself legal ramifications - please consider what you say carefully before writing whatever's in your head on the internet (you also undermine your argument and your credibility).0 -

That's all I can find. I don't know if the trial has been postponed and cannot find any other news about it. Has anyone else any information?
Could be the case below? Trial scheduled for Bristol Crown Court on 20 May 2013.

Yes, that's the one. As I stated above, it seems that the trial of some of the defendants has already taken place, but the results cannot be reported yet because of the danger jeopardising the trial of the remaining defendants. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Likely to be adjourned then as most of the staff will be on strike that day.0 -

All sounds a bit threatening now doesn't it? Can we assume you are one of the defendants in this trial?
Fingers crossed for a guilty verdict.:T0 -

They probably will within, say, 24 hours, I'd imagine.0
