It does show how many gullible (or greedy) people there are around who can believe they can magic money out of thin air. There are some sensible people on that forum, but it looks as though those few fools who think they are going to make a fortune have been so brainwashed that only losing all their money will finally convince them they have been conned. I suppose you could look upon it as a tax on stupidity.
And worse than that the few stupid ones that do make money are completely oblivious to the misery it's caused to the ones who lost that money."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

You know exactly where the money comes from......... When I gave my money at the beginning it came from my bank account along with 7 other peoples bank accounts!! I am sure you are an Ultra Intelligent person and would like nothing better than to trip this thing up,rather than a bunch of housewifes and mothers giving money to each other of their own free will.
It's not giving money to each other; it's moving money up the pyramid. It increases in size by a factor of 7 for each layer, so it very quickly needs a lot of people to support it.So eventually a lot of people lose money so that all those before them could gain some money. The plost claiming otherwise is proof of the sort of non-logical arguments being used to justify these stupid schemes.Happy chappy0 -
Anyway, it'll only be a matter of time before it all collapses and a lot of miserable people are left in debt.Happy chappy0

Yep, for 7 participants per person, at 10 levels you run out of people in the UK. At 12 levels you run out of people... How anyone can think it is sustainable is beyond me unless they have mental age equivalent to the number of levels we're talking about."She is quite the oddball. There, thats made me feel bettergiveandtake wrote: »Morning,

Its not foolproof and you take a huge risk, its a very simple concept that everyone involved understands!!
I am not a legal brain who fully understands the legal system when it comes to trading standards or the gambling act, I have seen the paperwork from the court system in Bath, I am sure that this can be checked up on if you tried hard enough......... Im just saying that the legal file that is on full display for you to read before your "invest" was good enough for me. Maybe the reason why the Police or whoever "cant be bothered" to investigate it is because there are young people dying out there due to gun/knife crime and their resources are better used elsewhere rather than a bunch of housewifes and mothers giving money to each other of their own free will.0 -
Dear give and take,
could you post your address on here please.
Thanks

Well, we all know now who giveandtake is. The quote below is from somebody on this thread from over a year ago. Also, note the part of the country where this scam was reported to be operating from. Yes, Bath and Bristol. Your cover has been blown giveandtakeApparently a number of the pyramid groups in the WISE scheme that's been running in Bath and Bristol are now being re-branded as G and T, G&T (Give and Take). I guess because they're getting to well known under the WISE banner. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I am so amazingly bored now.......... Do you people do this as a hobby?? If I had followed up my original post from June with a post about how deeply I regret losing my money and what and upsetting and awful experience it was you would all be very smug now wouldnt you??
Name calling is a bit low is it not? how can you personally attack someone you dont know.........whoever it was that asked me why I didnt give any of money to my sister that lost her house (not that its any of your business) but she lost her house before I had 2 pennies to rub together but now I have been able to give her 5K to try and support her son and find a decent place to live, so dont judge me you idiot......
Anyway I only put my first post on here as an experiment so I could let you all know exactly what happens I really wasnt expecting a full on attack - It worked for me the same way as it could have failed for me, end of story. Wont be returning to this particular thread so really dont waste your energy thinking up any more names or accusations that you can throw at me!!
Oh.........and get a life xx0 -

It's not about getting a life or not. It's about warning people that they are going to lose money and friends if they take part in these schemes. And you haven't explained to us how the maths can work in your favour in such a way that you can make money without other people losing theirs. Where is this new money coming from? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
