Does anyone know why the picture is jerky for option 3 programmes when viewing through my Humax. When I switch to the DTV source on my TV it's fine! My rooftop aerial picks up Waltham so tried retuning 29 but didn't help. Really want to record some programmes on 5 USA tonight. Can anyone help please. TIA.

What's option 3?
Are you watching the programme live, or playing a recording?
Are you viewing 5USA on your TV's tuner, and 5USA on your Humax tuner, and the Humax is jerky and the TV not?0 -
Option 3 is the group of channels, which 5 USA is one of. Yes, the jerkyness is only when viewing via the Humax.0

5 USA is on mux COM4/SDN post DSO.
Are any of these also affected?1016172326272830313438394460729293101104113114115189194307309310311724727728
And what is Option 3?0 -
All the freeview channels are available to me. As I said these channels are fine when viewing on the TV's tuner.0

If the OP wants help then its up to the OP to supply all the required information, But I do like your signature. However I have looked at your link and a search reveals nothing. So back to the OP.0 -
Sorry if I'm not being clear. Option 3 is a bundle of channels as detailed on digitaluk.co.uk which includes 5 USA, ITV3 etc. I did a manual retune after switchover as it picked up look north etc and I live in the East Midlands. These channels are on 29 so I tried a retune on just these but it didn't help. The Humax 9300T has the latest update. I just can't understand why the problem only happens when viewing through the Humax.0

Hi innerzone, yes all these channels are affected. The list is on the manual retune instructions for my postcode on digitaluk and gives the channels needed to manually retune all the groups 1-5 and HD. Group 3 is ITV3, ESPN, Channel 5+1, ITV2 +1, 5 USA, 5*, G.O.L.D., QUEST, Home, TOPUP Anytime1, TOPUP Anytime3, CITV, QVC, bid tv, 1-2-1 Dating, Capital FM, Absolute Radio, Heart, Teletext Hols, Television X.0
