Confession time..... I've just spent £210 on a new bike redface.gif I've borrowed the money from DD's account and I'll pay it back. I've asked for money for my birthday to go towards it. I needed a new one as I intend cycling to work and I have to drop DD at nursery which is a fair way. My one is so old and it's hard work! The gears don't work properly and there isn't suspension on it.

We're off in a bit on the bus to the bike shop to collect it then we're meeting some friends at the park as the local church is putting on a fun day, free BBQ sport-smiley-001.gif

We're out tonightbeerchug.gif, this is our once a month night out, we've both budgeted for it so that's ok. Yummy indian. There's 6 of us out tonight, 3 couples and we share a taxi back which costs £20 so makes it cheaper for all of us.

I need to add up my npower money, I've been stashing some away all week so will check that later on.

    Enjoy the sunshine xx

Eek not updated for a week...

Been struggling this week with a few things, I've often wondered if I suffer from depression as I get this dark feeling sometimes, I cut myself off from friends and I don't have any energy to do anything. I've been feeling quite angry this week, getting fed up with my situation and not being able to do a damn thing about it. Not just money/debt but with my relationship.

Anyway, enough bleating. Paid DCA £20 on Monday, I didn't cycle to work as I've had a sore throat and been feeling pants, but if it's not raining on Monday I'll be on the bike, I'm sure once I get regular exercise it will help me.

I keep picking fights with OH as although he can't change the situation on his own, he has more chance than me, so I take it out on him which is causing strain...

It's raining here today so a day of sorting out the house I think, if it brightens up later will take DD out on the bike.

Thanks BB... I'm not sure I have anything that is worth listing... I do however need to sort DD's toys etc out so may find a few bits worth listing but then I feel guilty if I keep the money... can't win!!

I have some extra clubcard points vouchers somewhere that can go on... how much are you aiming to raise? I may go for a small amount....

Hypno and I are aiming for 50.00 but I've no idea what I'm going to sell yet :D Are they your clubcard vouchers or money off coupons? If they're clubcard vouchers just double check on the other board as I think tesco changed the rules to stop people selling them on, I may be wrong but just double check first ;):D

No they are the ones where you get extra points if buy certain products... normally sell on average for about £1... all helps..

My vouchers get saved for Xmas, but this year I may use them for deals as get more for your money.

Got DD's party to pay for soon.... eek!!

    ** slides in hoping no-one notices **

It has been over 6 months since I updated my diary!!!

I haven't been good and I have added to the debt, but I'm not going to put it in my sig as it depresses me seeing it. Instead I am going focus on the positive and work on getting out of debt!

    Aims for this month:-

Car tax to pay = £200 ~ Am going to ebay some bits and I have £68 coming from Quidco this month hopefully. I intend to pay for this in cash and not use c/c!!

I have cleared out some of DD's old toys, will go through them to see if any worth putting on ebay, the rest can go to a charity shop or freecycle.

I am doing the sealed pot challenge, although as yet I don't have a sealed pot, but I'm putting every £2 coin and 50p into a money box and anything under 50p goes into another tin, this will be for Xmas 09. I am already planning ahead to Xmas 09 and I have got a present box a la BB&me style.

Xmas 08 was good, didn't spend too much and none went onto credit!!

I am going to attempt MB, will print the bits off at work and see how I get on.... hmmmm

OH and I are moving in together in Sept, either into this house or a new one if one comes up that we both like. DD starts school in Sept so moving may not be a good idea, will see.

I am going to work hard on clearing my debt!!!!
