Tigz, well done, so chuffed for you. Its a good feeling isn' it. When do you start?
Just a quick aside from one of your earlier posts, you mentioned that you would save some money and offer it as a full and final settlement against one of your debts. Just a word of warning, I think (not 100% sure), that this will affect your credit rating as it will go down on your credit file as a settlement rather than settled.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hi - not sure when I'll start, need to find out from nursery how soon I can get DD started there.
My credit report is shot to bits anyway!! Thanks for the tip though. I have 2 CCJ's and they are due off 2010 & 2011. Will see when I save up the money.

LOL - oh well, mine is shot to bits too, but I have defaults, which seem to cause more problems than CCJ's!
Although having something registered against you now means that it wouldn't drop off until 2013!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Not much to report in the way of debt clearing, other than I am planning on throwing as much money as I can at my debt once I start work. It's hard not to think about the things I could spend the £2080 I'll get in the 1st year on. A holiday, new car etc etc....BUT it has to go on the debt. I may spend £80 of it on me... as I've not had anything nice for ages but we'll see.
The back to work bonus of £250 is looking like it will have to be used for the nursery deposit which is £250.... I will get it back when she leaves nursery but I begrudge them holding £250 of my money which could be used to clear debt....Grrrrr!!
As soon as I know my monthly incomings I will budget, budget, budget and set myself a target to become DF by.
Have a lovely Easter anyone who is reading this..... :easter: :icotbaske :easter_ba"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke
