I think it's all a myth to be honest, but at least I feel like I'm being pro active took a zantac anyway, so hopefully it'l stave it off.

Hey Ro! Have managed a few hours in bed, yay! Got to bed 1:30am and been on and off since. Much better than previously!

Looking forward to no more heartburn! Hate waking up with that burning feeling in my throat!
