Phunkles - sorry to hear you are still hanging about.

I can now understand why people get annoyed with the constant asking off friends etc. I have this one friend today who emailed me asking if there wad anything to report. I said no and I'm not due til the 17th anyway. She replied that it would be more handy for her if it came in the holidays and could I scrub some floors to try and get things moving cos once her kids are back at school it would be harder for her to visit. I merely replied with a short, but sweet, 'get stuffed'. These people are strange and like you say, when it happens people will be told. Until then, stop!!!!!

Happydays people are just rude and your not due for like 2 weeks how inconvenient for her your due date not fitting in with her plans!!

Ive also started getting the can we visit on such a date with so and so messages erm you can but I may have plans or may not have a child on that date so p off.

Id seriously be telling people the wrong due date by 2 weeks with hindsight so you dont get the annoying texts and calls

9 days over for me. Another attempt at a sweep booked for tomorrow, not that it'll do any good. I'm hoping that all the extra exercise I've been doing in the last day or so will at least have pushed the little monster down a bit and he might be a bit engaged but I'm not holding my breath for that either.

Phunkles - its not fun is it, I'm fed up with the pain in the bum people bothering me too, and my core muscles (midriff, lower back etc) are killing me from bouncing on that stupid ball.

Yes how rude indeed. Then she told me he was bored with the waiting. Well it's not her frikkin baby. I sent a reply saying as she was induced with her 2 in not sure she has room to talk. Daft mare.

Happy I'm lost, how inconsiderate of you I mean get scrubbin girl and pop TL out!

I may be adjusting my due date by a couple of weeks to try and avoid the harassment. I don't think I could maintain any length of polite response. I find a blunt Facebook status normally resolves these kind of problems and people stay away.

I think about 2/3 weeks prior to your due date you should put a message on fb saying no one text/call/message me asking if baby is here yet as I will not reply. I will let you know when (s)he is here!

Happy - Flynn is doing well in that he is now more awake and taking milk, he very obviously has a tummy ache and keeps screeching in pain thank u for asking xx

I had one lady at the girls school say to me everytime she saw me "u not had that baby yet!" first time she asked i was 34 weeks!! x

In on Friday for a sweep and monitoring, then induction on Sunday - yes Easter day.
Midwife was meant to get back to me a week ago with a date for an appointment - still nothing - left her messages and nothing. guess shes fed up of seeing me.

L-M-M I seriously would alter your dates as they start early being annoying.

My grandad has actually rang and asked if its been born - like id forget to tell him or have someone tell him

Safe - the ball ive abandoned in favour of sitting on the edge of the sofa! but my little person has been engaged for like 3 weeks and nothing :@ Just a very gross show. and numerous nights of my hopes getting up as Ive been having contractions that get stronger and closer together and then stop

Hospital bags - we got told if possible to put the babys first outfit in a seperate bag so it can be got at easily

I havent even been getting braxton hicks for the last week, honestly its like he's decided he's comfy where he is and doesnt need to vacate the building.
Dont worry by the sound of it we'll both be having baby cuddles by Easter monday at the very latest (I'm booked in on the Saturday evening)... ooh now thats a scarey thought. :eek: for all the talk of wanting him out I'm actually crapping myself about having him here.
