Good luck, Happy!
Just had my mum got me on Skype as I was talking with a friend. She oes my head in! Every time we speak I end up getting upset and annoyed with her! You sill have the twins be Easter, they will be here at 7 months, stop doing anything, don't lift your arms up, etc, etc, etc... Every time I tell her to stop, and she just starts again next time! It is talking to her that does more harm than anything else!
Mothers can be stressful creatures can't they. Why shouldn't you be lifting your arms up?
I remember you saying months ago about her being sure they would come at 7 months so i can understand why it's stressing you out if she's just repeating herself. Try and stay calm and mumble profanities under your breathe. That's what I have to do with my darling mother.

I think you need to take the path of least stress cos I'm not kidding, the time will start to fly by and when you start buying things and getting everything ready you will wonder how you could have fit work in. You and baby are the most important. Even this Robin will take a back seat xx
Sounds like a good plan. You are a very wise robin

My mum said something to me last time about not stretching my arms above my head!! It's an old wives tale. The myth is that the chord could get wrapped round the baby's head but as I said its an old wives tale

Because according to my aunt (her twin sister) she gave birth to er first one at 7 months after lifting her arms up. Don't worry, as time goes by I will not be allowed to get out of bed if it was her way. I just don't want to call her anymore, but if I don't, then I have a guilt trip why haven't I called last week. She never calls herself, unless she manages to catch me Skype. That is one reason I am on 'Invisible' most of the time.
Sorry, I will calm down now. Stop thinking about her.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Mine came back in about 10 days if I remember correctly but I applied for mine about two months ago when they weren't so busy with the new financial year. How long have you been waiting? I can find you the number if you want to chase it up via phone.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -

I need help! I just realised that the wedding of my friend is just over 2 weeks away and I don't have a dress!! I am looking for something to look good at the wedding, big enough to accommodate my bump, long enough to reach my knees (don't have the legs to show), covered shoulders (no chance of a strappless bra for me), possibly even sleeves, as it is going to be still April! I saw this, but no size for me. I am 'top heavy', so would probably need size 16 at least! Most on this website look very shrt, r way too long! I am not that tall and definitely won't be wearing heels, so long dress to the floor would look silly with the bump in my opinion.

Well I have been fumbled with and had my sweep. The results......cervix long and soft (soft bit is good, but needs to be short i guess) and is posterior (another bad thing I believe as needs to be at the front) - she said (TMI) she managed to get 1 finger in and give it a good prod lol. I don't understand how the cervix can be at the back behind babys head as I though the cervix opened for baby to come out of so would it's head not be in it?!?!? Can anybody give me some advice??? How thick do i sound....at least I have asked a baby related question this time though!!
Another sweep booked for Saturday if nothing happens from this, then induction booked for next Tuesday if nothing still happens!!
Hi Flutterby,
by posterior they mean that LO is sitting back to back (your spine to Babies),as opposed to him being slighlty sideways facing.
This page has some images, our LO is LOP so left posterior.

Apparently it is quite common 1 in 10 babies are posterior. I have been told to squat/bounce on ball/sit forward on the couch and scrub the floor to see if he will change positions (but I still have 3 weeks to go so probably not the same for you)
With regards to the cervix question; I cannot help there sorry.Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do.
