Hi Jovi, I'm not sure that you have to do one but I am having an elective section (breech baby) and have done one just in case. I googled for examples and adapted it to suit me.

Not had a chance to read everything else yet but seen that a few people have appointments so hope they all go well.

I am shattered, so sick of getting up for 6 for work, will be 37 weeks tomorrow and still have next week to go

I understand your pain Dizzi. Mine isn't quite an outie but looks rather like a ringed doughnut all squished up.
