Will be thinking of you tomorrow lovecrafting and will cross all my fingers and toes :)

Hope they manage to keep the BP under control Dinah :grouphug: Confession time - I have been keeping track of you on the pregnancy boards as we were on the same 'CD' on the TTC board...hope you are doing OK other than the BP :)

About to flop on the sofa to get into some hardcore Eastenders :D

    Love to all xxx

Thanks hon, I'm good thanks, scared stiff I'm going to have a March baby rather than a June one, but other than that, good. How are you doing?

Had a bath, as I know some witchcraft goes on which reacts with the labetalol and makes my bp drop - it went from 162/114 before the bath to a much more respectable 124/88 afterwards.

    Congratulations ravenlady xx

Incredibly pleased/relieved to report that oh is on the mend and I should be able to bring him home tomorrow :0) should get a sleep at last! gutted for him that we missed mothers day, he had put a lot of thought and planning in to it. Was already an emotional wreck but when I got my card and present I just couldn't stop crying. Hope you all had nice days.

Had midwife today and baby is still extended beech. She doesnt think they will turn now but I'm hoping she gets proved wrong at our scan next week, I really wanted a natural birth.

Off to catch some z's now, night x

Laura - glad your OH is doing better and I'm sure you will feel more settled when he's back at home with you.

Sammie - hope all is well and you are soon enjoying your cuddles. I'm guessing it's a girl!!

Lovecrafting - good luck with the scan today.

Dinah - fingers crossed that you can keep your blood pressure under control.

And I'm still wondering about the whereabouts of Gin and Flutterby, hope they are both ok

Best of luck Sammie, hopefully won't be too long to wait.

Bp this morning back up to 159/122... I'm on the fence whether to wait for the midwife check at 3pm, or just to go to the hospital day assessment when it opens at 9am.

    Morning ladies and bumps!

ooh Sammie, I'm very excited for you, good luck!!!

Lovecrafting, good luck for your appointment today, fingers crossed your placenta is behaving lol! They did the flow measurement thing at my last scan and it was the only thing relating to this baby that has been measured at higher than average lol! Oh and I love the name Isla but DH wasn't keen!

Raven, congrats on the birth of your little girl.

Laura, glad to hear your DH is on the mend. The last thing you need is for him to be poorly this close. Fingers crossed that baby will turn still, my mum was saying my brother was breech but then he turned at 38 weeks so its not unheard of for them to turn late. I have the midwife on thursday so will see which way up she thinks my little monster is!

Dizzi - I needed new Bras at about xmas time so I bought Hotmilk nursing ones, hopefully they'll still fit when the time comes (I have just over 5 weeks left now) but if not I'll send MIL or order online. i've also bough some sleep nursing bras from mothercare, they're just in normal dress sizes rather than bra sizes and I'll just wear them for a few days until I get new bigger ones if needs be.

So, I haven't been around for a few days, I've been off work using up my holidays and DH is off too so we've been doing lots of jobs. Plus most of Sat and Sun was taken up with visiting both Mums for mothers day. I'm very jealous of those of you who got Mothers day cards and presents from your bumps! My DH will probably have to be nagged to do anything next year so i knew there was no chance of anything happening this year!

Just been to the loo and noticed in the miorror that my bump appears to have shrunk! Baby must have moved position or something!

So I'm at work today then I have another 5 days to do then i finish next Thursday......I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I can't remember who it was but someone mentioned clearing space for the pram. I don't have room for the pram in the house. At the minute its parked in the nursery (we live in a bungalow) but you have to move it out into the hall to get in there so it can't stay there! Its going to have to live in either the car boot or the garage. probably will end up in the car actually as if its in the garage i'd have to open the big gates everytime I want to get it out and they make a right racket and would wake DH up if he was sleeping (he works shifts). Its going to be a nightmare keeping quiet for him to sleep with a newborn baby in a bungalow. The furthest I can get away from him is about 8 meters!! If we have a screamer I'll be spending my life walking the streets!

Oh and just to get you all back for the talk of food and cakes...yesterday I had a very nice slice of victoria sponge at lunch and then after tea we had homemade melting middle chocolate puds with clotted cream!!! I didn't have any mini eggs though so its fine lol!

Ooh and after all that i forgot one thing I meant to say.....

Dinah, you know your bady and you BP issues best but I'd say if there is any doubt whatsoever in your mind then I'd probably say go up there when they open. Although its a pain if they want to keep you in and/or do anything, its far better to be safe than sorry. Plus, I assume you then wouldn't have to go back this afternoon so it gets it over and done with.
