Darkphaery

Just a quick one one Ava Louise was born at 6:21am on Friday 9th March. Labour was tough started at 4pm Tuesday and took me until 6pm Thursday to get to 4cm! But then things happened quite quickly. 2nd degree tear and had to have manual removal of placenta but all is well. Feeling good, just got home and baby Ava is amazing

Congratulations Darkphaery. Glad you are back home and everything is ok. 48hrs is certainly a long time but I'm sure little Ava is worth every second. Lovely name as well xx

Lovely name Darkphaery and congratulations!

I have overdone it big time today, not going into town again until LO is here! I needed some last bits and bobs before I can pack my hospital bag but the shops were sooooo busy and I found the choice overwhelming, wanted breastpads but then I saw these plastic shells, washable pads and cooling pads you put in the fridge and things that catch the milk, got the basic disposable ones in the end but it does make you think - do I need these other things too!

Came home, decided to go to church with my mum, but got claustraphobic and started to feel hot and sick, had to have a sit with my head between my legs and was made a right blooming fuss of

Gonna chill with a film and some fizzy pop
