After having my little IVF baby last May just literally took a test this morning and found i am expecting again. :O. They said it would never happen naturally. Ha!
Due date guess at min is 6th November. Not holding out major hope i will get there cos this is too crazy lol. But thought i would be daring and skip under 12 weeks preg group and come back home here lol.

Little wriggler has been a bit quiet today, but then I think I always notice that more on a weekend as I have more time to pay attention to it and my eating habits are totally out of whack because of my mega lie-ins! Will see if she decides to make a move later today instead.

Congrats Alamaya, you must be over the moon :j

It's so rainy and horrible here today, think the dog has a water infection as he's drinking and peeing loads and DH is a bit off colour, I just wanted a PJ day but someone's gotta take the hound out! :p Anyone doing anything nice?

    Afternoon all

Emmylou - hope you are having mummy cuddles now. Xx

Woke up with a headache, not sure why as I drank loads over night. Weather is rubbish here so we are staying in today but I think everyone is bored!! Might pop to blockbuster and rent put a film for the kids in a bit.

    Hello everyone,
Have just spent 20 minutes catching up on the posts since I was last online though haven't managed to hold much in my head.

Labour vibes to the boldies and hugs to everyone feeling a bit under the weather.

Got back home yesterday after a few days in London for my birthday. Really enjoyed it - went to see Phantom of the Opera on Thursday (my actual birthday) and had a lovely curry in a restaurant on Charlotte Street which was a completely random choice but really glad we went. Friday we did the touristy bit of wandering around the parks and seeing the changing of the horseguard at Buckingham Palace and went to the Science Museum. Ended up feeling really rough in the museum so didn't stay very long :( was miffed to miss all the medical history stuff as I find it really interesting but my OH was happy because we managed to play in the Launchpad before I needed to leave. Went back to the hotel for a sleep which made me feel better then we got to meet up with some friends for hot chocolate and cake :)

I haven't done so much for a few weeks because I've been feeling so rough so I went to bed almost as soon as I got home yesterday and apart from getting up for dinner I didn't really wake up until half 10 this morning. It was worth it though :)

I've definitely started showing (i'm 26+2) as I kept having people on the UG offering their seats - first time I've had strangers acknowledging my pregnancy which was both nice that they bothered but also quite weird.

Today I'm mostly going to be lazing around so that hopefully I'll be awake enough tomorrow to get my studies done so I don't end up missing my deadlines.

We've now ordered/bought all the big items for baby. The boxes in the house make it all feel like it's getting close even though there's another 3 months yet. :)

Oh quick question - is anyone getting itchy? Don't know whether it's pregnancy or something else but I keep getting really itchy legs. Don't normally notice it during the day but lying down in bed it really irritates. Not a major problem, just wondered if it was normal.

oh well il carry on bouncing and rocking backwards and forwards on my gym ball, when im on it and i go to stand up i feel a lot of pressure down there so its defo doing something.
Hopefully tuesday il get some idea of a weight as my first was 9lb 8oz posterior this is why im going in for another scan and to see the consultant straight after so fingers crossed baby is not a heavy weight and stays in the right position by me using my ball as much as possible.
Having a lazy day today but ive done well and ate my sunday dinner on my knee whilst sat on the ball lol, took my son swimming with my oh and we are all shattered.

    Ohhh, Emmy good luck!!! :j

 to the newbies, hope you are all doing OK!

Nothing going on here, I was honestly hoping Elvis would arrive on the due date. I "know" that a ridiculous minority of babies arrive on their due date but I wanted to be one of them :(

I inisted on cleaning the bathroom (loo was a disgraceful state) yesterday and then tidying out the shed too, but nothing doing

Saw the MW on Friday when I was 39+6 and she said they will start considering a sweep next week when I am 40+6 - I had to argue that point as she originally said only from 41 weeks.

We've just been out for a scummy Sunday lunch, possibly the last one for a while (hopefully!) and now I'm going to make a banana and chocolate chip cake to use up the bananas that have gone brown.

Hugs and labour vibes to all that want them

Icey - sending lots of labour vibes your way, my ds1 was born on his due date and ds2 was born at 8.20am the day after his due date so I have been lucky and never really classed myself as overdue as such. I feel for anyone that goes past their due date as it must be so frustrating. Hopefully baby makes an appearance very soon for you but in the mean time could you make me an extra banana and chocolate chip cake please!! :D

    Sending vibes your way Icey.
Hope Emmy is getting on ok at the hospital.
Sammie, I thought it was me that was a bad influence for making you eat, and now I see you after a banana cake without any tempting from me. How very naughty of you!!
I haven't ate much today all. I'm hoping to make up for it later but I had such bad heartburn last night I could have cried. I've still got this dreadful lower back pain aswell and I can't stop going to the toilet today. Got a touch of the squits I think!! I'm sure you all really wanted to know that!!!! xx

Emmy, hope you are ok, and maybe even enjoying your first cuddles!

I am back hope after hen's night yesterday. Was ok, but I got really tired by the end of it, got back to hotel 11.30, absolutely knackered. Collected the first cot on the way home today, so now cleaning the nursery after the works. Cleaned the windows, skirting boards, hoovered the floors of the main dust and washed twice. Now the carpet will be coming in and will give a good clean to the carpet. Bought Vanish powder for big areas, you only shake it on, rub it in using a brush and hoover 20 min later. Will see if it does anything. Then we will build the cot! Can't wait!

I also put my first load of baby clothes in. The washing machine. These were mainly second hand ones, and some had a few stains, so decided to do a hot wash, will see what comes out!!!

Ok, back to cleaning, will catch up later!

Bless him, DH decided he wanted to make the cake :rotfl:
So much too-ing and fro-ing checking that this or that was right.

It'll be coming out of the oven soon so there'll be tea and cake once its cooled to quality control it before he takes the remants to work tomorrow ;)

What things are you all looking forward to once your bumps have arrived (apart from meeting your baby obviously!)?

Mine are (in no particular order):
    - Eating all the banned stuff
    - Drinking all the banned stuff
    - Having a satisfying wee :o
    - Being able to bend over and pick stuff up that I've dropped

I'm not sure about the FB group, I waste enough time on FB as it is, let alone reading all that too in addition to this forum. But then again I could be sat on my bum watching Jeremy Kyle!
