Congrats Lucy!

Tooth's acting right up again, gum's swollen up like nowt else - in at the dentist tomorrow (I used the hospital's comments that I NEED antibiotics as leverage to get the mythical emergency appointment out of them) - pretty sure that it's infected, even if they leave the actual work needing doing on the tooth till after the baby comes, it still needs something to knock the infection back into touch before that does any harm.

Had fun with the GTT... my finger prod test last time was so high they were convinced there was something wrong with the machine but I passed the tolerance test ok... this time at least the initial finger poking was much more normal - except then I promptly almost keeled over in the waiting room (I used to faint a lot as a kid/teenager so it's no massive revelation and I suffer really badly if I don't eat for a while... so pretty inevitable there then!) - so got to spend the two hour wait lying down in a bit more comfort, plus blood pressure and baby's heartbeat and everything checked over as a precaution - as is usual it's a no news is good news dealie and they tend to call the same/following day and I haven't heard anything yet!

Vilest sandwich known to man - the hospital cafe in the main entrance is being refurbed so I had to buy one from the shop area - gawd it was rank!

Congratulations to all new mums. I'm so jealous. My daughter is still waiting. She is booked in for an induction on Friday staying overnight in Hospital on Thursday night.

OBEM tonight Wonder if i can join them in labour.....lol. Doubt it!! Been eating pineapple today and TMI......been to the toilet 4 times today!!!!! Not sure if its a bit of DD2 bug from the weekend or if the bowels are clearing out?!! Only time will tell i guess. When i was wlaking yesterday it was so so painful down inside my bits, but today, nothing, so wonering if his head has popped back up and out? Not too worried if it has as know from my girls i dont have to have an engaged baby to give birth!

Was prety funny in Sainsburys today, at least 2 staff, an old couple and a mum with a newborn asked how much longer i had left....their faces when i said 2 days ago hahaha!!!! xx
