Aida i know how you feel.think our posts came at the same time i was writing mine too. i feel a bit relaxed that 13 week scan went well but already amlooking forward to the 20 week one in August. when is yours? i always keep thinking hope the baby is ok. what are we like hey?

I'm later than usual as I've been waiting for a man to come give me a quote on cleaning our carpets. He was cheap enough so now he's getting on cleaning them for me Bye bye stinky carpets

Had my group physio yesterday, she basically went through why you get pain and how you can relieve it. Came away with strict instructions not to do any vacuuming or other heavy housework and also was given a very sexy giant tubigrip to wear when the pain is at it's worst. We had the oportunity to book a one-to-one appointment but I decided to try the things she had suggested then book an apointment at a later date if I felt I needed one. The referral is open until some point after baby has come so we can call and book an appointment anytime we need one which is good.

I hope everyone is well. Labour vibes to all who need them.

hi ml! Good to see you! Miss Monkey Moo, how many weeks are you? I knew there was a zumba instructor on here - I've taught my last week of dance supply as well as some normal boring shifts and even though it only counts up to 8 hours, tomorrow I would have taught 6 days out of 7 and at 32 weeks I am feeling it so much more so definitely good to quit while you are ahead!!

I now have 21 days of work left, still need to apply for maternity allowance as waiting til i get my july pay slip from my casual work so they average out better (and i would have just paid a chunk of national insurance contributions for my self employment) and after tomorrow, 4 hours of teaching. Eek!!

Our nursery furniture came yesterday, but we can't put it in room until we finish painting our junle paint by numbers mural - we paid a silly amount of money for something that we just traced around but starting the painting yesterday was so much fun, just need hubby to have some more days off supposed to look like this http://www.wallstory-murals.co.uk/mural_images/Jungle/Jungle-pool-party-room.jpg - it won't!!

oh... and a midwife appointment after teaching later and 54 days til due date!! I am already irritable, tired, fed up, emotional, stressed about what to do with little one when it gets here and that's me on a good day!!! have a work do next week though and re-union with uni girls so ordered this new look goodie - http://www.newlook.com/shop/maternity/shop-by/maternity-blue-paisley-square-print-maxi-dress_253844449 hoping it looks as good on me

ok now the more people are asking about are we finding out about the sex of the baby - the more i am thinking 'shall i leave it as a surprise?'. damn you DH... you are starting to change my mind! grrrrr

emsbet, new carpets or cleaned carpets smell so nice. we need new carpet onthe top floors. we better start chatting about changes to the rooms upstairs. our house is needing quite a bit of work right now. we dont even have wardrobes. lol

We've just had new carpets fitted upstairs and new flooring in the bathroom but our budget couldn't stretch to the hall/stairs/landing and downstairs. Fortunately there's nothing wrong with the carpets they are just a bit grubby so this was the cheaper option.

We've done quite a lot of work to our upstairs to get it looking in some order. DH lived here on his own for about 6 years before I moved in so it looked very much like a man's home and was very sparse. It's taken two years of chipping away at it and the imminent arrival of baby to get it to somewhere near where I want it

I've had a few minor palpitations today but nothing like they were. I'm sooo tired though it's ridiculous. I have stuff to do and not a clue how I'm going to get it done.
