  • Big hugs Rebekah so frustrating when people change their minds every five minutes :-( no wonder you're so disappointed. And you're still no wiser whether little lady is breech or not. Can you not ring the hospital and speak to someone else? I've no real suggestions, sorry :-(

Rups glad you got some nice bits. It's just too hot everywhere today. I find New Look fit me well so don't mind ordering online from them.

I was naughty, ordered some maternity bras from M&P ages ago and didn't like the look of them. I prefer underwire for support. Anyway bit the bullet the other day, they're so much more comfy. I feel daft now. They didn't have dark colours in the offer so have been on Mothercare and bought a dark one and a neutral one, both £14 each with free delivery. Don't want to buy too many as at this stage I might start growing bigger.
But M&P still have the three bras for £15 offer on. Only on two maternity bras but the offer is nursing bras and knickers too. The bras I got over £20ish each so saved massively, also free delivery on clothes from there. Not sure it's of any use to anyone.

I think time for an ice lolly here, to hot to do anything useful!

Wow Kitten - I absolutely love that hairstyle!! It's awesome!
I think dying the ends purple if you already have them bleached it's ok. I have been dying my roots throughout the pregnany (not as often as usual though) because my greys are too bad and I just can't leave them. I have been using those dyes that you only leave on for 10 mins. Thought that was better than 20 or 30 mins.

Rebekah - I'm so sorry about you beiing so upset. Your midwife is being pretty carp isn't she? <<<<HUGS>>>>

Rebekah you must be so frustrated :( Hope you hear from them and get some useful response soon.

snowyz I know the tired feeling. I'm 25+6 and so lethargic and tired, I fall asleep watching tv every night, then go to bed and lie down wide awake or toss and turn all night long. This muggy weather is making it worse though.

twinklie glad your palpitations have stopped for now. I had them up until 20 weeks, but nothing since then. I'm still having to see the cardiologist and I have to have an echo in 11 days just to check everything is ok. Good luck for your tests.

My hubby popped home with 2 bunches of flowers and some Guylians (my favs) last night before he went out. He also left a note saying how much he loved me :) He doesn't tend to have a romantic bone in his body, so it was a lovely surprise to come home to. My hormones got the better of me and I ended up sobbing :o

Well I went for a wander in boots today to look at bits and pieces for my hospital bag and I have to say omg disposable pants!!! Thinking I may just stick to my normal undercrackers. Saying that though I did stumble across incontenance pants and got so excited as all I could think of is 'oh wow I wouldn't need to get up out of bed to go wee all the time!' :D Sad that I would consider wearing basically a nappy and not paper pants.

My reflux has been a pain recently but have GI next week to look into what they can do about it as I'm currently on rinitadine (sp) domperidone (sp) and gaviscon and find that there is a lot of food I cant eat as it just gets stuck and I end up throwing it back up.

Rebekah (I think sorry if its not) When I went for my antenatal class the midwife spoke about breech births and basically said although they prefer c sections they do deliver vaginally but it just means they have more staff around to help or something.

Started washing baby girls clothes now in case she shows up early. I keep telling people I have between 4-8 weeks left as she could be 2 weeks early or late  and yet I still have nothing sorted re hospital bag or baby bedding.

Twinkliegood news about your heart, but like you said you almost want it to go a bit haywire for the test so they can get a good reading and find out the problem. Hope you've been feeling better. Don't worry about being off work though, for that last week do you have any annual leave you could take? I've been off since 19 weeks and will be until 36 weeks when I go onto maternity leave.

Nah, I'm a teacher so no annual leave. Well, I do but enforced dates. ;) But it's an easy week if I do have to go back.
