Oh dear, most of those are shocking.

There are a couple which I don't think are too bad, the guys in fancy dress for example.

Happy due date to all the new boldies!

    Epic Fail!

Had a manic morning getting all my stuff together for my meeting tomorrow - got about fifty minutes now until I need to leave to go and get my flight! Boss asked me this morning if I could go back to site next week to check how the works are getting on! Errrrr, NO! I would if it was local (ie, an hours drive away) but it's not and I should be starting to wind down now not ramp things up!

Welcome to Ferrety, happy due date to boldies and hugs to all! Emsbet, I am jealous that you are going for a massage, my midwife told me about a great hydrotherapy one that you can get and I really want to try it out now! Just don't really have the money spare at the mo, so will have to get OH to give me a back rub instead! Not quite the same, but nevermind!

Right you've made my mind up -- I'm definitely getting one of them big balls! I'm fed up of being uncomfortable on the sofa in the evenings and we got paid yesterday so I'm gonna do it.

In other news, OH has promised to treat me to a pregnancy massage and even asked me 24 hours later if I'd looked into it yet! I'm on it!

I love my ball. It's defo worth it. I do half an hour on it doing various gentle exercises. Looks really pathetic like I'm not doing anything, but man I feel it about 30 minutes later. In a good, I've just been at the gym way - not in a OMG...I've strained everything and can't move way. I always sleep better when I do it as well.

Do I need to do exercise on it? I thought I'd just sit on it while watching the telly. I'm not a very exercise-y person. I could do some gentle rocking??

My tummy hurts. It's all achy, like I've laughed too much and now the muscles hurt. I suspect that's completely normal, it's doing stuff :D

My tummy was like that on Tuesday, figured it's everything starting to stretch out :) was pretty uncomfy at work though!

Right ladies, just looked in the Argos catalogue and they only do one 55cm ball - their own which is cheapest. This would be fine but it doesn't come with a foot pump. I'm guessing a foot pump is pretty critical....?

Any other recommendations for where to buy one?

Make sure you get an antiburst one. I just googled and bought mine. Some Tescos do them...mine doesn't.

As for exercises, you don't have too. I'm just doing it to increase core strength which is meant to make labour easier!!
