Mothercare have a summer sale on now which I think only just started today as found it on their facebook site, nothing too amazing but some good reductions on the odd bits - worth a scout through,

Ive just ordered this baby monitor which has god awful reviews but it will only be used to tell the monsters to get their backsides back in bed and to sort out any petty squabbles without heaving myself upstairs :T plus its cheap as chips :j

I managed to survive this mornings GTT but ive had some mega braxton hicks ever since (which just seem way too early) and the back and forth from the Doctors has left me knackered !

hope mrs whowantstobrich is going ok, cant believe its baby time already :j

Sorry to hear you're car-less LadyM hope you can get the mobility sorted quickly. A lot of people like to preach how they manage with no car, try not to let it bother you. Glad you've got MILs car to help you out a bit.

I'm feeling a bit down tonight, got my friend's funeral tomorrow. In my head it's like we're going to see her, she lives about two hours away. But obviously we're not going to see her anymore. She was very bubbly and it's a celebration of her life rather than funeral. She didn't want us wearing black etc. have my bright blue maxi dress at the ready. And attempted to pain my toe nails - not too bad after God knows how much "touching up" but the finger nails just disaster. OH is out at his monthly film night so I'm alone, except daft cat who is very snugly and bubba who is very active today too
Gonna try and get an early night, tomorrow will be a long day. Hips are very sore too.....oh dear I'm talking myself into tears here so I'll shut up.

Hope everyone has a good night....maybe we'll have baby news in the morning night night xxx

Good luck tomorrow money. These thins are really hard but I'm sure your friend would be happy knowing everyone is celebratin her life. Try not to stress too much u need to take things easy xx

Sunday night at 8pm on Discovery Channel is a programme called Curiosity: life before birth, looks really interesting. Love knowing what baby boy has been up to :-)

I just got sent home, things are going so slowly, I need to sleep. A sweep was performed, but who cares? We are 1cm dilated, on the way. Pray for our baby to enter this world on June 14th as I predicted weeks ago... We have a work social and I said I'd end up missing it!!!

hey, just wanted to day thanks for all the support from my post yesterday, OH was very stroppy when I picked him up but after a but we got talking and then other stuff started coming out like what we are going to do longterm workwise. I won't bore you with all the details but it cleared the air a bit even if we still don't really know what we are going to do when baby comes along! Have also managed to agree on placing order to get heating done so that will all be installed in a couple of weeks! That's def a load off my mind, as now I know the rest of the works can get pencilled in and we can get the house finished in time for LO.
Been awake since about 3am - very restless and can't get comfy! Will probably manage to fall asleep again around the time I should be getting up for work!
ww2b keeping fingers crossed that something happens soon!

Morning All,

I have been a regular on the shopping boards for a while and decided to read this thread yesterday, WOW it is a chatty thread.
It must have been cake day officially somewhere yesterday as i had fruit cake in the oven when reading the thread.

I am 28wks+4days and after a great easy start I am now feeling heavy and starting to get restless and aching all at once.

Hi to everyone who are regular visitors here, sending best wishes to those due, over due or due very soon. :happylove

This will be my first with due date of 3/9/12 with partner after 16yrs together (not struggled just waited). expecting a DD but still very nervous about buying anything thats not generic and def do not want lots of pink.

Well thats me, will get on with other things i need to do and will drop back in soon x
