OK guys thanks for all your help. I went direct to a store to arrange a swap for a different item, the good news is that i get the full value back. Only fly in the ointment now is that i have to wait till 29th February for the swap, as there is no available stock. In the meantime i can use the bed, though i am weary of this. But thanks again guys your advice has been invaluable.0

No i dont. But they gave me a order number. Should i pursue it?0 -
Still issue them cancellation notice in writing (durable form). AND get it in writing.
I'd also be weary of using the bed also -- otherwise I wouldn't be surprised if your back here next month asking for advice because they claim to have no record of this & you didn't comply with DSRs
