These figures normaly do not include the oil revenues, they are left out on purpose.
It is not surprising that an English publication would run a story like this.Vote YES to Scottish Independence in 20140 -

They are all the same including Salmond say whetever they can to make the other look stupid. Still at least its not as bad as Westminister where they all act like children shouting at each other.
Where have i not given definitive answers? i only refer to the Prospectus for Independence when i dont know the answer.[/QUOTE
Yes, they are all much the same, except for their agendas. At least you accept that Alex Salmond is not always straight or forthcoming with his answers.
As for your definitive answers, you have on many occasions given your own or perceived opinion with little evidence to back it up, which is a trait of Alex Salmond.
You have your own thoughts and opinions on the subject of independence and I respect that - my daughter has similar views - but I think that you have started this and at least one other post simply to get a reaction and/or to promote the SNP's motives. You have had a reaction to a degree, but have not done much to enhance the independence argument.0 -

Granted i am not part of the government, my views are what i read in the papers/internet and see on TV so it is backed up in that respect. You have your own thoughts and opinions on the subject of independence and I respect that - my daughter has similar views - but I think that you have started this and at least one other post simply to get a reaction and/or to promote the SNP's motives. Scotland is England's last Colony and will be free to go as soon as the Oil is gone and not until.0

Apart from the oil the only other thing great that happened in Scotland was Elvis landed there once.0
