    i phoned the hotel and asked if i got there for 2 1/2 & 3pm would i still have a room they said they could not guarantee as people were booking rooms running up to the new years eve events

    i have nothing against puntos there are 3 reasons i didnt take the small car
    1 i would not have made it on time
    2 it is not as safe ( they agreed its not the best car for the journey)
    3 they wanted to charge me the same price, i booked a class F, the punto is class A.
    If i originally had booked the punto it would have been over £30 cheaper

    The way I see it is that you'll need to write a letter of complaint to head office, see what they come back with.
